Visitor Assistance and Information.

Tickets can be purchased directly at the Museum.

Suitcases, trolleys and any bulky luggage are not permitted in the museum areas (any luggage whose sum of the three sides exceeds 1 linear meter, including handles, wheels and external pockets). Visitors are required to leave all bulky luggage elsewhere before arriving at the museum entrance.
Smaller but still bulky bags and backpacks, umbrellas and any other objects which, in the opinion of the security personnel, cannot be introduced into the exhibition areas, must be left in the cloakroom. The cloakroom service is free of charge.

Dedicated room, for breastfeeding, change and relax.

The spacious garden, freely accessible during the museum’s opening hours, features play equipment for all children, including those with special needs, inspired by works from the museum’s collection.

The outdoor area is also designed to host small theatrical performances.

Please note: the museum is housed in a protected historic building. Floors may have slight slopes, raised thresholds or steps of uneven height. Visitors are kindly asked to take extra care.

Located in the museum’s ground-floor reception area, Spazio ‘700 – MUVE FOR ALL is a welcoming space designed according to the principles of universal accessibility. Featuring a playful, educational and multisensory approach, it offers visitors a preview of the Museum of 18th-Century Venice.
