Ten splendid engraved copperplates by Giambattista Brustolon, based on drawings by Canaletto.

These are on dispaly with twelve of the engravings which were printed from them for the famous series published by Furlanetto in 1766, as well as various other material from the period (including prints that illustrate the different phases in the engraving process).

In the same room hang two large paintings by Canaletto, thus offering the chance for a comparison of style and themes.
